Legs Diamond é uma banda de rock norte-americana formada em 1975 em Los Angeles, Califórnia por Michael Diamond Gargano (baixo), Jeff Poole (bateria), Roger Romeo (guitarra), Rick Sanford (vocais) e Michael Prince (teclados e guitarra), o nome da banda é em homenagem a um gangster dos anos 20 com o mesmo nome.
Lançaram o seu álbum de estreia homônimo pela Mercury Records em 1977. A banda original se separou em 1980 após três álbuns populares, mas se reuniu 1984 quando seus álbuns começaram a adquirir um culto de seguidores e lançaram mais dois álbuns.
Em 1990 editaram um novo álbum pela editora Metal Blade, com a seguinte formação: Rick Sanford (vocais), Roger Romeo (guitarra solo), Michael Prince (teclados e guitarra), Dusty Watson (bateria) e Mike Christie (baixo).
Em 2005 o vocalista original Rick Sanford foi substituído por John Levesque, ex - vocalista do Montrose e do Wild Horses e a banda lançou o álbum Diamonds Are Forever em 2006. A banda ainda faz concertos ocasionais na região de Los Angeles e pelo menos uma vez por ano em San Antonio, Texas, onde ainda são populares.
O teclista Michael Prince atua em um estúdio em Los Angeles, gravando com alguns dos mais conhecidos artistas de R&B e pop, incluindo Beyoncé, Chris Brown, Usher e Los Lobos.
O guitarrista Roger Romeo participa ativamente em várias bandas, incluindo uma banda com Jeff Poole chamada Riff Rockers.
Em 2019 o Legs Diamond contratou um novo vocalista, Keith England e anunciou um novo álbum e a planos retomar as turnês em breve. Fonte: Wikipédia. Site Oficial.
